Health365 Jobs (“Health365,” “we,” “us”) operates health365jobs.com, a search engine for healthcare job openings. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Health365, we may collect:
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, password, professional role, and resume or other career information you choose to add, along with the jobs you save.
- Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookie and similar identifiers.
- Communications, such as messages you send us.
Health365 is not a healthcare provider. Please do not send us health or medical information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive data.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, personalize, and improve our website and services;
- create and manage your account, and send account-related messages;
- help connect you with job opportunities, where you choose to use those features;
- keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- respond to your requests; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We may share it:
- with service providers who help us operate Health365, under obligations to protect it;
- with employers or other parties, when you direct us to or choose to submit information to them;
- to comply with law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Health365, our users, or others; and

We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not identify you.
5. Third-party sites
Job listings link to employers’ own websites, where you apply. Those sites are not controlled by us, and their own privacy policies govern what you submit to them.
Outbound links and analytics
Our website links to external hospital application pages. To understand how candidates engage with these listings, we use our own lightweight click-tracking system. This involves a cookie that recognizes your browser on a later visit, but we do not store your IP address. When you click an outbound link, we may add a standard tracking parameter (such as a UTM tag) to the destination URL, which lets the hospital’s site know the visit came from Health365 Jobs. We don’t share this information with anyone else.
We also use a privacy-focused analytics service to count visits, see which pages and sources bring people to our site, and see which outbound links are clicked. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including while your account is active, and as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update or remove information in your account, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@health365jobs.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those requests as the law requires.
8. Children
Health365 is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Where the law requires, we will notify you of material changes.
